So generally speaking my game is very good. I'm always scheduling dates through Tinder and occasionally in person (Fits my work-life schedule too well during the week unfortunately. Grocery store flirting isn't my scene and I'm not sure if I want it to be!).

Anyways, last night I networked for a solid 3 hours after work at a mixer. I do this weekly at different mixer venues, and typically walk away with some great connections and pockets stuffed with cards. Since June, I've met about 230 new people according to my contacts list so breaking the ice is pretty easy for me.

After that mixer I went to starbucks to scope things out before grocery shopping (the two are attached). I grabbed a water and sandwich and got settled with my tablet and started adding biz cards to my contacts lists. I was getting checked out by a few girls, but the seating options weren't great and I was hungry/thirsty so I didn't approach... but I also wonder if the corporate starbucks venue gave me some place specific AA.

Is that a thing? Any advice for guys that prefer to meet people at indie coffee shops or favorite bars? This new city I'm living in really doesn't have a place like that in my neighborhood.
