Hey Seddit,

I felt like sharing some of my personal experiences and tips I sort of developed by these experiences. It's mostly aimed at shy guys who have difficulty with girls as I've been one of them. I hope I can help some guys even though my text might be a little messy.

First of all, the friendzone is not a bad thing. I've been a really shy guy and I would never initiate anything and when I would talk to women I would always end up in the friend-zone because of this. I've kept talking to these girls and it became easier and easier to talk to girls and become familiar with what girls like. Therefore I started to see the friend-zone as a training ground. It definitely made it easier for me to talk to random girls. And another advantage of being friend-zoned by one girl is that it might put you in contact with at least five more girls. This is how I came in contact with my now ex. So having a girl friend who you can talk to gives you more insight in the mysterious mind of the women and you'll soon realize they're just emotional men because their lack of penis.

Secondly, if you approach a girl don't be a pushover, it makes you look like you're desperate and that's a huge turn-off. I've always been in that role of being a pushover and ended up in the friend-zone. Sometimes I would talk to a girl who I didn't find attractive would get interested in me, because I acted cool while still being friendly. I would still sort of reject them because I didn't find them attractive, but hey my behavior as the cool guy did attract a girl! I acted cool because I wasn't desperate or even interested to get that girl! So keep your cool, and be witty.

Assuming you're at a party or a with at least a couple of people and you see a cute girl, keep your cool and make other people, like your friends, laugh or have fun with them. The girl will pick up on this and they might think you're interesting and desire your attention.

Confidence is also something that withholds you from approaching a girl right? Just think of this, DONT GIVE A FUCK. There are great articles on the internet who tell you why you should not be held back from things you want to do like approaching a girl, read them. You're only living once, so do you really want to be held back by what strangers might think of you? While you might not see them ever again? A friend of mine, a girl, once said "It's not only guys who go to a club to hook up, girls are there to hook up as well, but we're not too openly admitting it otherwise we would be overloaded by guys". This somehow gave me a huge confidence boost, as I never saw it that way.

In my personal experience I got all the girls when I was just being me, and not being the desperate horny me. I've made mistakes over the last weeks by being a pushover. And I catch myself doing it over and over again, but from now on I'm not actively going to look for a girl when I'm at the club or at a party. I will still of course introduce myself to the cute girl, but I won't focus myself fully on her, but I'll have a good time and enjoy myself.

If you have any remarks, experiences, go ahead and share. Oh and excuse my English sometimes, I'm not a native.

I hope that my tips will help you.
