I just forget to tell her my name then I forgot to ask her name.

those statements contradict each other but i will assume the second is a typo. I wouldn't tell her my name unless she asks me. It is a test of interest, if she is interested , she will ask for your name after you ask for hers. Also, when she does say her name, talk about her name for a bit, pronounce it wrong or something, or just be legit and say "it sounds very unique".
