Okay based off of your cryptic wall of text I would say that she's not actually interested, or you're making yourself too available. Never ever text a girl wondering why she didn't respond. It is hands down the neediest thing you can possibly do.
Try making that more readable and easy to follow if you want better advice.

Most likely she only reads the messages she doesn't respond to a bit later and may think it is weird to answer. Or she is just shit at texting.
