Even doing this for a short time I can see that the majority of women don't really feel like a seductress (sound familiar?) and for the most part are just as confused about this shit as we are. This sexual insecurity we feel is an epidemic across both sexes so we should really just approach this from a teamwork standpoint and doing what you can to help make it easier for her for tell when she's being hot. It's really sad, too, because there are some really beautiful, sexy women out there who have no confidence in their game despite seeming like a total smoke show to one of us. So one of the best things I've found you can do is take out some of this guesswork for them and boost their confidence a bit by being a little, "easier." Don't go to far, but just help them build their sexual confidence and they'll reward you by being sexually confident.

Just be honest and tell a girl when she's being hot. If a girl's hair is put up and looking really good I'll tell her, "Damn, your hair looks sexy, does it take a lot of time to do that to it?" or if she starts dancing sexy I'll just say something like, "Wow, you're really good at that, did you know that?" (they usually say no). Just let her know occasionally that you find her and what she is doing sexy. My favorite times for this is when there's something about them that isn't usually seen as hot but really is (like freckles, or a weird laugh). I have this thing where if a girl starts talking about something they really love I go crazy. This girl started talking about her love for sewing and her passion was so genuine it was sexy. So I told her, "It's really sexy when you talk about this." She laughed and asked why and I told her it was I could sense the passion. And she LOVED that I said that, even something as weird as telling her I was getting turned on hearing her talk about different stitches.

Note: When you compliment a girl who doesn't feel completly confident in her game, she'll get embarassed. If she does don't apologize. If you do, say, "Sorry, but it's true," and laugh. But most importantly just move on to something else. It can be really intense for a girl to be told something like this (because surprisingly it doesn't happen very often) so don't make it worse by clinging to the moment. It may take time for her to get used to being told that the things she does have such a strong effect on you (even though it feels like to you most guys would feel the same way she doesn't know that).
