It really doesn't matter if you're Brad Pitt or not, girls just don't make the first move (probably even more so if you're so hot to her she's self-conscious). Do yourself a favor in avoiding therapy by not asking why. It doesn't matter, even if you could figure it out you'd still have to make the first move.

Just accept this and use it to your advantage and you'll see it's actually completely empowering to be the one in charge. And once you embrace it you'll find women are a LOT more flirtatious with you. They're usually just waiting to see if you'd be cool with pretty much all of it, but the only way to let them know you're cool with it is by doing it to them first. It starts small, like making the first dirty joke. But it goes all the way down to sex and how freaky she'll get in bed. A lot of women will not suggest something like anal and you'll just NEVER know if you don't try and ask. You have to take the lead in literally EVERYTHING at first, which is awesome cause you pretty much have full reign and can actually go, "Okay fuck it I'm just going to try and kiss her already," when you want and not when you think she wants you to.

You have to approach, kiss, ask for digits, text, fuck, and marry her first, not the other way around. There is no other solution. You will get the occasional easter egg but I wouldn't count on it. Remember this, IMO it's close to the biggest rule there can be.
