Well first of all arrange the date very close to her not 45 minutes away from her. Then, there are several easy approaches (other than arranging a date at her place to begin with).

(1) Control the driving, then you have to be at her place at some point at the end of the night. Then you can use the classic "Can I use the bathroom" excuse.

(2) If she brings up something funny or unusual at her place ask to check it out towards the end of the date. (For example, if she paints)

(3) Just ask: "You live around here, right? Want to hang at your place a bit?"

Maybe shortly after a high point in sexual tension, point out that you two clearly don't want a long car ride of nothing. Going to her place just makes more sense. Maybe joke about it. "You have a bed and running water right? You're place will work, it's easier."

Simply say "how about we go back to your place and initiate sex" She'll be comfortable, bc it's her place; and if she's not, she'll want to go home anyway; also, girls love when guys take initiative. It's a fool proof plan. You'd be surprised

she knows what you're asking and will either be willing to travel, invite you to her place (I live nearby, we can hang out for a bit there) or say oh yeah that's too bad. Hint- if she doesn't suggest an alternative she probably wouldn't have come over anyways
