Just get out there. Go to the gym, eat well, get some confidence and have fun. Girls are a dime a dozen. You are the man, not the woman and girls can sense this. Be yourself, and judge whether or not you want them based off of THEIR personality. It is a two way street and I think you are over thinking things here.

First of all, the abuse was her damage, not yours. Might help if you detail a little of it, but if you don't want to, no worries. My general advice is the next person is never the last person. Sometimes they are but it's so rare that it is worth bringing your baggage from your past relationship into your new one. Each woman has her own way of manipulating situations to her favor and you need to be on guard for that and the ways you know may not be the ones the next will use. Keep on guard always, but also allow yourself to be vulnerable or you will never find real love (you'll just push away people who want to love you).

So you find a girl. And you talk to her then if Yall hit it off. Ideally you go on an insta date (imeditaly go do something) or if not get her number and set up a day two. You should be like "hay are you free to go do x" insted of what do you wanna do?? Doing the 2nd will make her very likely to flake.

Then ideally you do multiple activities. Or something exciting. Then you keep seeing her and eventyaly you deside to become exclusive and then she is your Girlfriend. Or you can just date more girls. Things got works out A LOT so don't get like superinvested.

There are some girls where y'all'a biologies will match up and being close to her will make you each very attracted. And some where you won't feal anything (because you biologies are not bery compatible)

If you do night game (bar, club, concert) you wanna sleep with the girl that night or els she is more likely to move on.

Maybe Models, or Magic Bullets or Double your Dating. Those get recomended a lot. I've only read models. It's good but it leaves a lot of stuff out. And shits in everything outside his book to distance himself from the comunity and he writes and a really convencing way. It's a good book but you have to watch out for the BS.

The number 1 thing is to go out. An ounce of pratice is worth 1 tun of theory.

So I guess invest as much effort into learning as you see fit. You naturaly may pick it up easly.

The number 1 thing to improving your conversation skills and charisma is going out frequently. And building up momentum.
