I never feel like I am doing this correctly. Let's say you meet a girl through a friend, at a bar, online, or wherever. You go on a few dates. Maybe you have sex, maybe you don't. But it's not working.

Do you do the "fade-out" and just stop contact? Do you text and say a little something? Call?

I called a girl I had a fairly superficial relationship with once and she kind of laughed at me for trying to end it that way.

Sometimes girls fade me out. Sometimes they text me that it's over. I don't know. What do you do?
