As I've been meditating more, I've become more aware of my behavior. I have been having more success with women and now notice that I want to talk about it with my friends more. Not just my male friends, but everyone, family too. Especially my dad. I used to be uncomfortable with my lack of skill with women and I want people to know my progress and not to see me like I used to view myself. I've done some sitting with the emotions and am coming to the realization that a large part of my game is to stop being the person I was and be someone else (I rationalize and say a better version of my self, but that's not true yet). I had that urge to brag about and a number I got yesterday, but instead I let the urge come and go and am aware of it. I am sharing it hear, because I believe sharing it will help me accept it and cause a natural shift. I am also sharing it here, because I believe it illustrates the tools that meditation can give you and the process of introspection and improving inner game. Because there is no way that this hasn't been influencing my behavior with women also and limiting me. I challenge you to look at your own behavior with honesty also
