Best way for a girl to ask out a girl?

This is so far outside of the bounds of what Seddit covers, but I can tell you this. Don't worry about figuring out if she's into girls or not, assume she is. I'm not sure how a girl goes about picking up a girl, but no matter your strategy, it's only going to hurt your chances if you worry or waste time with figuring that out. Look at it this way. There's two ways it could go:

She is into girls, she's impressed by how fearless you are, and you didn't blow the attraction by seeming anxious or hesitant.
She's not into girls, and you're not going to change that. It doesn't matter what you do here because you already lost from the get go. Plus, this way you won't waste more of your time chasing a girl who fundamentally isn't attracted to your gender. You can next her and find a girl who is into girls that much quicker.

Playing it safe will only hurt your game AND waste your time. It's the same way with trying to pull any guy or girl as either a guy or girl: assume attraction because in the best case scenario it'll help your chances and worst case, you screen out someone that was a waste of time anyhow.
