1) Depends on your preference, I don't believe there's a difference if you're trying to have sex.

2) Clean up, make the place smell nice (remove B.O, etc), and generally make it a welcoming place for someone else.

3) Girl will develop feelings, you need to address this or things will get ugly. Remember women trade sex for commitment, so she'll want your end of the deal as well usually.

4) Condom 100% unless its a committed relationship with std testing done. Always a chance for an STD/Pregnancy but those help the odds.

5) Stripper = you need to be more careful, always wear a condom and be careful for STD's. Escort = professional (sometimes), and you just need to make sure to wear a condom but it should be safer.

6) Other guys say go for it but honestly I don't want to get shot by an angry man. Betas usually go after the other man rather than the woman, so unless I have no idea I won't bang her. Rolling the dice.

7) Doesn't matter just keep it pretty clean and smelling nice, women like upscale places but they'll settle if you're confident.

As long as you never make her feel judged and you take full responsibility for sex, you shouldn't get anything close to rape allegations let alone girls that are even mad. I have fucked hundreds of girls in pretty filthy houses/apartments/condos that I've lived in over the years. A lot of them are shocked at how disgusting it is but if you play it off you can get away with it with younger girls especially. 9's and 10's over probably 24yo I would probably clean my room first or pull at their place, or get it in on the couch first before they see that my room is like a gym bag mixed with the dumpster behind Taco Bell.

Girls literally don't give a shit about this stuff until the next morning if your frame is that of the fun/party/I don't give a single fuck guy, and I swear to you I've never had anything close to a rape allegation. The next day I take almost all girls to breakfast, introduce them to my friends if any of them are around, am still funny and cool so they don't feel bad, and then they are pretty amicable afterward even if we don't set up a FWB thing for whatever reason.

This is a wall I keep running into. Don't want them to know where I live but can't really go to their place. Hotels get expensive. Curious to how others handle this one.

Why are you guys so fucking terrified? Bring her over, use your own condoms, record everything, send the "I didn't rape you" text and you're done.

I personally wouldn't get involved with someone who is already taken although the times when I have, what ends up happening is that the woman becomes my slave which makes me really uncomfortable for the dude.
