I had sex in a nightclub before. Most of my 'normal' (meaning non pickup friends) have.

Totally, from experience.
Have a place in the club in mind where you can go to, be secluded for 10-20 minutes, and not burn yourself or the girl in the process. You're not going to be able to do it on the floor. Don't get too drunk so you can finish. Find a girl and do your thing. Things should get hot and heavy, warm her up with some dirty talk beforehand.
The point of this is you have to get her to want to do it before you get to your spot. That's your place to go when she's ready, not the place you convince her to do it. You're going to have to do a lot of guiding here to make her get to the point where she will basically say "OK, I'll blow you." Once that happens, you're money.
Assuming you guys are making out very heavy and there is some sexual stuff going on, you can turn her around so she's grinding you with her ass and guide her hand to your junk. Make an obvious comment, and now she's already set precedent by touching it, so it'll be easier to bring it up. I've been jerked off through my pants and through my zipper on the floor too, just depends how drunk and horny she is.
The hard part is finding a quiet spot to go to, but once you have that you're good.
