I've been going out with the same buddy 2-3 nights per week for the last 3 months. In all the time I've been in the game, I've never had a wing as dedicated to going out and improving. That's why I hope his issues can be resolved and I won't have to get a new wing. Here are my issues with him:

1) He rarely approaches himself. Instead, he'll wait until I approach and then come in. This is frustrating for me because I feel like he's getting a free pass off of my work. This wouldn't be that much of a problem, except:

2) He will sometimes draw the attention of my target away from me. This is partially my fault for not telling him before approaching who I'm targeting or for not having a system in place to communicate mid-set. But still, if I approach a two set and one of the girls is significantly more attractive, he should know who my target is.

3) He's very quick to point out my weak points. Sometimes I don't approach a set he points out. Sometimes it's AA, sometimes I'm just not attracted to the girls in the set, the reason doesn't matter. He tries to "motivate me", but it comes across as chastising and it's not something that I respond well to, in fact, it actually takes me out of state for a couple minutes.

4) Occasionally, he will completely crash a set I'm in. He tries to "talk to everybody", which apparently includes girls I'm talking to 1-on-1 or, just last night, a two set my other buddy and I were talking to. If I'm alone in a 3 or 4 set, then I want him to jump in. But I don't want him making it so there are more men than women in the conversation.

Like I said, he's very committed to going out regularly, so I'm hoping I can save this. How would you bring this issues up with your wing?
