Hey ya'll.

Reformed incel/recovering beta here.

I've always been a really shy guy, compounded with a love of books, d&d and computer games. I have always been "that guy". You know, the guy that never talks to anyone, or if he does tends to say the really awkward shit. Making small talk: NOT my strong suit.

I took the Red Pill last August, and since then I've gotten discharged from the army and entered community college.

Been forcing myself every day I go to class to speak to at least two different girls, whether in class or on campus somewhere. Its all day game, I don't mix well at bars or night clubs.

I've had some success; I don't have any major physical faults, I'm in shape, and I dress tolerably well. I introduce myself (not too hard to find an opening at a college) make some small talk, and since I run my game in-between classes, I usually ask for and get their numbers right before I head to class.

Since October I've had one bang, and some near-misses, but I am starting to get frustrated.

I find myself seemingly making good small talk, often getting a gal's number, and then when I text them a day or two later (or ask them out on the spot) its like, socially, pulling teeth.

I'll admit I've seen on a regular basis only a couple of girls... but again, I feel like I can strike up a good conversation, and anything beyond that... nothing.

Why am I not keeping a gal interested?
