Closing, how do you do it ?

So i'm a 19 yo american virgin dude in Europe, I can talk to them for hours mostly using qualifications and making fun of whatever they are saying. I got as far on kino as putting my hands on their shoulder, high five and all that BS slightly touch.But I just can't seem to close. I can't dance at all so I just do stupid shit and do the whitest dance an Asian guy could do. How do you close and come in for a kiss to escalate it to another level ? Help a brother out :)
