From ages 15-24 I was enclosed in my "comfort zone", using porn 2-4 times a day and video games to basically avoid life. I developed terrible social anxiety, avoidant personality disorder, and some dark thoughts daily ; including suicidal thoughts.

However from 25 to now (27) I've been more "uncomfortable" than ever. Graduated massage school, started a career as a massage therapist, learned to ride a motorcycle, started dance lessons, started to use porn a lot less, started lifting weights consistently and just kept pushing it more and more.

I'm still uncomfortable a lot the times but it seems to be a little easier to handle. I have a certain calmness dealing with it than before.

I think my time from 15-24 really stunted my growth as a person and it feels like I'm playing catch up. I get teased a fair amount because of my awkwardness/weirdness and sometimes it's tough to keep pushing it and maintain confidence. It doesn't help that I struggle greatly with confrontation as well.

I still get negative thoughts about being pathetic and what not, how do you deal with these negative thoughts and keep pushing through the comfort zone?
