Test the water bit by bit. You wanna be a bit more sure with a co worker. Make some eye contact walking past, don't look away, if you're feeling good, smile. If you're feeling cocky smirk.
If she passes that test, is positive and comfortable and copying you... have some casual convo at some point. Just self amusement and chit chat. Make eye contact consistently. Stand a tiny bit closer than you would talking to a guy. Compliment what she's wearing and tell her you like that she looks nice.
If she likes that vibe from you, looks comfortable in it, or maybe even replicates it a little, ask her casually. "You wanna talk some more, maybe hang out sometime?" (or something like that.)
If (when) she says yes and you exchange numbers, "in fact I wanna (activity/place) after work today you wanna just come with?". If she says yes then congrats, if she can't then just continue exchanging numbers of course.
