Dude don't ask her what she wants find out what she likes and set a date and time be confident, honestly attraction disappears after the first meeting usually depends, just get out with it and don't be a pussy about it, stand up straight and do it.

Well I didn't go for her she asked me if I wanted to go out and get something, she's my coworker I didn't reply at the moment I had to get back to work, I later asked what do you have in mind and she told me white wine and a movie, what I'm trying to do is get that to happen, I asked how do I get that to happen if she meant it or said it playfully but I want that to happen, i'm sure I can't just say "white wine, movie, your house." And expect a positive reply

That would be the perfect response, but it sounds like you are afraid of rejection even though she has already practically laid down in front of you and spread her legs. Actually you could just say "White wine, movie, your house, but hold the wine and the movie."
The thing is that if she is hot to trot it will not matter what you say, but if she wants out it won't matter what you say either.
But why the wine? It sounds like both she and you are timid about sexual attraction and need the cover of alcohol so that you can pretend that you got carried away and did not know what you were doing. This is no good. And why the movie? Do you have to have an attractive couple on the screen modeling the activity of meeting and seducing for you to follow?
Just do it. Afterwards you will feel like a new man.

I'm not afraid of rejection. I just had a glimmer of intrest from an older woman and that's a dream a lot if people are into I'm not trying to say whatever and let it die if it does, idk why wine she said that I don't drink, idk why a movie she told me that, but I went ahead and got her number to hang out this week.
