If so, cut her off.

If not, just go for it. Being 17 is so damn awesome because you have to sneak away, meet around the corner for a quick kiss before bed. You have to come up with some stupid plan to spend the afternoon together cuddling and enjoying each others.

This is still Seddit, so get into an LTR only if she is even more into you than you are. Don't be the needy one of the two, or you will be the weak one.

If she starts saying 'yeah but it's going to be hard, it might not work...', try to convince her ONCE (and let her know you will not make your encouraging speech twice) and see. If she is the one coming up with plans and leading this 'second-life' then it's a good sign, otherwise drop her, dude.

If you decide to drop her (for whatever reason), here are some advices:

It will hurt, I know it bro, work on yourself but don't ever get so low to start destroying yourself (gym, martial arts, studying, travelling are great for you).
Don't use anything to 'forget about her'. No "let's party to forget about her", No "I'll get drunk to forget her", no nothing! You are not going to forget her just rationalize it and go on.
Stay friend with her, either she or her friends can be good targets in a couple of years (never make fun of the ugly girl at school, she might become the next Megan Fox)
