I managed to get her out even with a lacklustere start to the conversation. What does this mean?

She is interested in meeting you, nothing more nothing less.

I didn't ask for a hook up initially because she seem so uninterested. But the golden question is, if she is uninterested why does she even agree to meet up with me?

No, she is not uninterested, but she is not yet interested in having sex with you before she has met you and made up her mind about you.

The aversion to my hotel : is it implicit that she trying to prevent a hook up, OR is she just oblivious to the reference and just catering to her convenience?

Thats pretty obvious. She wanted to have coffee withy you in her office, where everyone knows her, where she feels safe. She can always say she is not interested in you, when she mad up her mind ybout you, or she can agree to go with you to your hotel. When she´d agreed to meet you at your hotel, she would have conveyed to you that she was interested in you taking her to your room.

So it comes down to one thing: If you are what she wants, she might agree on on coming with you. Its like a job interview. Though i wouldn´t hope for a quick hookup if i were you, since that seems very unlikely. Except you are very experienced in how to pick up women and know what you do, then you could be able to get to your room in no time.
