I'm on mobile so forgive the format but i want to write a short note on consistency. Many guys share great posts about how they have done some number of approaches in a week and how happy they are. These challenges are great but they ultimately won't make much improvement unless you are consistent with action.

Doing a challenge once will not do a lot of good for you, just like eating healthy and exercising once won't help you feel better. It is better to do 100 approaches over 100 days than it is to try 100 approaches in one day. Granted, doing 100 approaches in a day is an awesome accomplishment, but you'll learn and improve better if you make action a constant habit rather than a random challenge. Find something you can do every single day to improve yourself. Doing a one-off challenge is a great way to spark action or spend a free day, but without consistent action you'll fall back into the old patterns and you'll be left with the results you used to get before the challenge. Be consistent even if it's only one small action a day and work your way up from there.
