Sisters college friend coming to stay again next week. Please advice on how to move to her

you're asking a lot of stuff that you can figure out on your own. YOu can ask for her number, just straight up without any games. After all she knows you at least a bit, you dont have to go for some cheesy line or make some excuse. Just be straight up.

Also the fact that you know stuff about her through your sister is a bit unfair. I'd be very careful about letting on what you know, she may be cool with what you know, or she may feel you're using that. You never know how someone will respond to that. Be yourself, and be open. Try not to use that info to your advantage, try to work her out for yourself.

Given that you two know each other, just be as honest and natural as you can. No games, no techniques, just be normal. Get her number if you want, dont wait for the next time. Listen to her, learn about her on your own etc.
