How to make friends who are down to hangout and clubbing with you ?

I just moved to new city here on west coast and don't know anyone. How do I make friends beside doing some activities ?

On weekdays I remain pretty busy but on weekends I feel very lonely. I have started going to meetup but it's always different people each time. I have gone to 8 meetups so far in last 14 days.

I want friends who are down to hangout on weekends and have a beer or two , may be joke about workplace and pick up girls if they are ready.

PS - I am so so old. I am 31 guys. Very new to San Francisco.
