It seems I have an unpopuler opinion here.

If you know that they are going to break up, and are hardly friends with the guy as you make it sound. Tab that ass if you feel like it, have some nice sex, maybe get a fuck buddy of sorts.

But as other mentions, she is propably not girlfriend material.
