I've been, for lack of a better term, in an MGTOW rut of sorts. I have a fair portion of hobbies and activities that I enjoy, but it seems that as a result of coming about them myself, it's difficult for me to open them up to others. This isn't approach anxiety, if I meet a kindred soul I'm more than willing to engage. But my habits have formed as an individual, and in my quest to increase my social circle and presence, I'm looking for some advice on how to incorporate others and increase my actual social network. This isn't for social validation, it's for the benefits of being the leader of a larger social circle and having more social influence. I'm not a member of any online social network, I'm 22 and a working college student.
Currently I've made it a point to invite a person to any activity I'm doing, and to do so until I get a yes or run out of people to invite. This includes anything from getting lunch a particular day, to my gym going and outdoor activities like hiking and shooting. I'm also planning a party/social gathering for the end of the semester. Would appreciate some other techniques you use to pump up your social value/presence.
