No, because from the sounds of it, you think talking is the way it works and it doesn't. If you can't get physical with a woman at the right time, then you can't develop attraction with your words, positively.

Also, the odds are that you missed a chance with her to escalate from a platonic relationship to a physical one and then you tried to verbally escalate it after the fact. At which point she lost all physical respect for you. You won't gain back that respect. She sees you as a vagina and she's always going to see you as a vagina.

Don't ask her to be your fuck buddy. You need to seduce her. Prove to her that you are a changed man who can hold his own ground with or without her. You should occupy your time doing activities that build you up as a person rather than thinking of ways to hook up with this one particular girl. Spend time doing things that make you a better person. Challenge yourself daily. Work hard. Start to love yourself. Once you are doing activities you enjoy, you realize that you have become a more interesting person. The key is to be interesting. Because if shit hits the fan and you don't get this girl, then you have all these great activities to fall back on. There are 3.5 billion ladies in the world. Make yourself into the best you and you'll have that girl regretting she ever turned you down in the first place.
