Stop with the alpha beta crap! You liked this girl and it's clear that if you went back to her she would just hurt you again as it seems like she is the type of girl that isn't looking for the same thing you are.

Find a girl that wants what you want, no sex is worth getting your self hurt for in the long run, work on yourself.

There is nothing wrong with telling someone you like them you just have to be able to walk away and respect them and yourself. As this girl doesn't want what you want I would leave it and find someone who wants what you want.

The alpha move in this situation would be to realize that this probably isn't going to work out, and move on. It's really not a big deal to just let a girl go and find more. You're wasting your time letting this girl toy with YOU. You should be focusing on bettering yourself and not worrying about a girl right now. You come off as very needy, I recommend starting with reading No More Mr. Nice Guy if you haven't already, and start putting self improvement at the top of your priorities.

Hi. I know this feeling from many similar situations. It just doesn't feel right. The first time I had this strange feeling was when a girl broke up with me back in highschool for no obvious reasons only to call me a few months later tryin' to reconnect. By that time I fortunately had something going with someone new and didn't know at first who was on the telephone . So I just easily rejected her and it felt great! My confidence took a notch up. By The next time I was in the same situation I remembered how it felt the first time. So I had the confidence to reject her although this time I was single. Felt even greater and confidence 2up. I managed to rationally compare it to the first time and it naturally just felt the right thing to do.

In my opinion you have three options here now. 1) I suggest you to fuck her, BUT only if you are NOT feeling used or 'somewhat demeaning' and from what I can read between your lines you don't feel very well with this at all. So again: If you just wish to fuck her! Fuck her! But don't let your feelings fuck with you. Also: If you just need someone to fuck, why don't you try someone new without old debts? 2) You are overreacting and jealous because of the last months ('I still care for her.....'). In this case you definitively should date and fuck someone new. The right flow just never ever will come back. You will always feel insecure and uncomfortable with it. If the romance died out than bury it before it starts to stink all over the place. Seems you are draggin the corpse of the romance with you for a long time. She surely can 'smell' it. She surely will take advantage of it. 3) You are fine with it. Then there is no further problem to solve. /s for number 3.)

Cut your losses and move on. This does not sound like it's going to end well in your favor if you do reconnect/have sex with her. She is literally not worth your time. I recommend finding someone else. She seems like the girl who hops from guy to guy and constantly has someone on the side. Huge red flag.

You're going to make your own decision and I'm just some guy on the internet but, this girl is bad news.
