In a relationship so won't be able to test it out but seems like it might work.

If you're near a girl you want to talk to at a concert and you see her taking pictures then ask for her to send you some after the show. Mention that you didn't take any (try to avoid being condescending, I just personally don't have my phone out) and if she's willing you can spark a conversation on who you just saw.

From there you can keep talking music and see what happens.
