If you watch a lot of porn, that's most likely the problem. Too much porn chemically fucks up your brain and can easily desensitize you for real women. It can be completely reversed naturally though, simply by abstaining from porn for several months.

Have her walk around naked and have sporadic sex when the perfection does occur. No reason why your boners should revolve around having sex and not the other way around.

Alternatively you should ask yourself if its you or her. If its you see a doctor, if it's her, sorry.

My advise ditch the booz, and head over to nofap or at least cut out the porn for awhile. If you change your lifestyle it just means it is a mental barrier stopping you and maybe a sign she maybe hot but deep seated relationship issues and/or shame stopping you.

Also them blue pills help ONLY the bodies ability to get it up, not the mind. Trust me I tried them with a solid 4 once even they couldn't help!

So clear your mind and body.

Relax. I had the same problem and it seemed counterintuitive because I was so focused on trying too hard but fittingly enough the effort was misdirected so the cognitive dissonance/ agitation of failure just caused more anxiety. So I worked on relaxing, breathing techniques etc. worked for me

I had this thing 2 years ago when I started the relationship. It was my 4th girl which i had sex with and the first real relationship(love and shit). She was/is also the hottest from my gf and she has much more experience than I had. When the relationship started I was nervous and I had ED problems for the first 3 months than it got much better, but even after 2 years I couldn't keep it up too much time if we got in a new place where I was not comfortable.

Even so, the sex was good, i made her orgasm and stuff like that..but a few weeks ago, I don't know why I couldn't get it up and I got scared that it will happen again next time OR that i'll enter in that look like on the beginning. So every time I try to have sex, I get this fucking feeling of being afraid that it won't get up.

Whatever you do don't complain about it to her. If she brings it up say 'yea I'm working on it' or something. Keep frame, act as if nothing is wrong and she will be cool.
