(23, m) I'm about to graduate college and I've never had a girlfriend. I have Asperger's and I'm pretty sure I have a mid facial deformity or developmental issue of some sort (pics included). Is it even worth trying?

I didn't read everything, but I looked at the pictures. Just gonna be real with you. You aren't dead ugly, so for the majority of girls that won't be an issue. You really don't look too bad. Just be confident and be you.

Seriously man, listen to the other guy, you really aren't that bad. Go to /r/malehairadvice if you want to improve your hair but you aren't that bad. Now just keep cold approaching or going to clubs and I'm sure if you really pay attention to yourself you'll improve.

Your face isnt the issue. Its your moobs. Girls usually arent too attracted to pudgylooking dudes. Just shoot for a 12% body fat and youll look like a celebrity in no time.
