Lift. That's the only way to grow big. 2 times a week is a joke. Doesn't matter if you are a vegetarian, there are a ton of vegan supplements on the market. Do strength training 5 times a week. Grow big, grow in confidence. Then focus on how you can connect with a girl and how that connection can be made to last past the first contact.

Do the first part first though, as no confidence is a surefire way to make a girl turn away.
