I've never had very good game or had much success on the field. Truth be told the two women I slept with either put more work into getting laid initially than I did, because I never have the stones to instigate anything for fear of being rejected. I've never been great at parties either, especially ones where there's a group of people I've never met.

This weekend I'm visiting a friend, and he's a partier. Given that it's Halloween, I'm expecting to be in multiple parties where I know literally no one besides my buddy (it's a university environment). So how do I meet people (specifically women), and penetrate these groups and cliques that they're likely to have?

I don't have problems talking to people I know, and I've been told I'm rather fun to hold a conversation with, but around new people, especially in a party scenario, I feel like an absolute fish out of water. Here's me gasping and flopping for help.
