I want you to think about all the things you have, not possesions, but things you have got going for you.

Like you've got internet. You don't live in a warzone, you can walk freely on the street. You don't have a cold, so your nose isn't clogged and you can breathe freely.

Even if you do, I don't care. Think of other things, appreciate them. Just stare at a nearby wall and appreciate your life for a minute, do it right now.

Check out a few top posts, read a few comments, and realise how fragile life is. Don't just read the words, realise how much luck you have to be alive.

The things you have are temporary, nothing lives forever. You can die next week, or maybe next year, you can't change that. It's inevitable.

What you can change, is the things you do with the opportunities you have. Start painting as a hobby, because you like it and you have working arms. Go to the gym, or keep on giving everything when lifting, just because you fucking can.

Approach that cute girl you see coming around the corner, because you want it and because you can.

Now stare at a wall again, or close your eyes, and think of all the opportunities you actually have compared to 95% of the world population, and do something with it.
