How does approaching go? I don't really feel a lot of fear but something is stopping me from approaching. it's like of a fear of the unknown. I always want to have a perfect convo, so I always try to think of what I'm going to say before I do it then end up pussying out. Honestly when I visualize conversations and approaches, it seems fun and exciting but when the time comes I can never muster up the courage to meet this woman and find out who she is. I know I can have a cool charming convo with someone but I guess I'm scared of judgement of when I go in sit down in front of he and she looks at me funny like why are you here? Or scared that it'll be a boring conversation and only consist of me asking interview type questions. I want to make I'm able to have fun engaging conversations before going in and I'm not too confident in myself about that because I don't really get in many social situations.

Do I just start with "hey, how are you?" ? There's this girl in my schools that eats by herself and I want to try and approach her. I imagine me going up and just saying hey, how are you in a friendly way. She then says hey, and from then it's up to me to decide how the convo goes? What could I say after that?
