how do i get over rejection

First: stick this into your mind. They don't reject you because you are less of a person. They don't know you. They don't care about you. And in most cases, they are stressed/lost in thoughts/thinking about things that matter to them or whatever.

Second: stick this into your mind, they don't matter to you either. They are human beings with flaws, bad moods, they don't look great when they get sick, just woke up etc. So don't project an image of being perfect on them, just because they look nice on the outside.And the best part is, there are so many of them! about half the population on this planet is female, and even if you did the math how many would be in your demographic, you'd find that there are still more women you could fuck than you ever need.

Third: You need to get used to rejection. I have been rejected so many times in my life, i can't count it anymore. But you know what? i don't care anymore. With every rejection you grow as a person. You finetune your approach, you come closer and close to not being rejected.
