I have patterns that lower my attraction level by a lot once I get to know women more, such as slipping into behaviors that aren't congruent with what makes someone a high value male.
I spend a lot of time thinking about self-improvement and I've done a lot to make myself more appealing but when it comes to changing those recurring things that are deeply-embedded in my personality I just keep forgetting about it every single day.
I've tried so many things to remind me, whether it's putting inescapable notes all over my house, setting my calendar to remind me every 10 minutes, de-cluttering my life, writing commands on my hand or e-mailing things to myself on schedule, nothing works.
Once I'm 1-2 hours into my day, it just slips my mind and I'm back into my old, average, non-high value self again, and any reminders I see my brain just blocks out like blindness to website ads.
My question is, to those of you who have learned to change things about your core personality, how did you go about doing it? How did you manage to keep focused long enough to actually change yourself when it comes to behaviors that are part of your very being?
I've improved myself in so many ways, but this is one of the big things that I just can't seem to handle.
