You don't try to come of, you become one.

It's hard to change a established dinamic, this increases in dificulty exponentially when dealiing with a group of women at the same time.

Be proactive, have fun, don't take shit and try to constantly improve your position.

You don't, don't aim to impress them, it's desperate and needy. You focus on yourself. if they notice then they'll notice. but don't expect them to. (they probably thought you were a beta before and forgot about your exsistance) nor do you attempt to "show" them.

I'm honestly there to do the job and I don't want to be treated like a beta.

If you're there: 1. to do the job, and 2. don't want to be treated like a beta. then do your job and don't be treated like a beta.

It's what you're getting paid for. I'm pretty sure thats the only positive outcome of your situation atm.

Focus on yourself predomiately. you are all that matters. getting paid is good, take more shifts and improve your work.

----- side note: I just saw "american beauty" and I found it a pretty good RP movie, it might resonate with you a little bit, I'd say give it a watch if you've got some time.
