I'm a twenty-one year-old guy and I am average-looking (I'm improving my lifting and dressing in a "cooler" way). Even though I don't look like Chad McThunderCock, I was blessed with a masculine, deep voice. On top of that, I speak English without any accent despite being Hispanic.

Just to put things into perspective without bragging: I'm currently working a crappy fast-food gig as a means to get money in college and my job is usually to be the one calling out completed food orders on this microphone. I literally turn ~85% of the customer's heads when I speak, I get told that I should "be on the radio", "be an announcer" or even a news anchor, there have been instances where people in the lobby have cheered and clapped and a man even recruited me for a business development company as a voice-over artist. This has resulted in me taking up public speaking (Toastmasters).

Is there a way to take advantage of a masculine, deep voice in regards to seduction? What about careerism? I know that it won't trump appearance, so the sky is kind of the limit for me.
