Everyone should remember this isn't an explanation, it's a cheat sheet. No one expects you to know what any of this means or how to do it correctly if this is your first time here. Keep googling, learning, and practicing. Don't get discouraged because I know everyone can do this.

MFA is a great resource for fashion information, but it should be taken with a grain of salt. The subscribers there circlejerk a lot of fashion trends that might not work for you or for your body. Some of the posted outfits in their WAYWT (What Are You Wearing Today) threads look decidedly awful but are praised without criticism. You'd look like a chode if you wore MFA-esque clothing in all of your daily life. Fashion sense is a necessity for a social presence, but having muscles popping out of an old shirt during the day isn't bad either.

Focusing on reshaping your body with fitness and diet practices is probably a better place to start than slapping their assembly line advice on a body type that could become instantly more appealing with a few weeks/months of TLC.

very good list, I like how it isn't crazy detailed but provides a solid frame work of things to focus on and see which one you may be lacking.
