Start off by avoiding putting any girl on a pedestal.

Most beautiful girls did not work hard to get their beauty, nature really just gave it to them. For them to maintain it for the most part is easy.

That being said, look for qualities in girls that they have worked hard to get and compliment them on it. It could be their strong positive mindset or something that they have achieved.

What also helps is that for each hot girl that you meet, find 3 things that they could have better. That could be that a girl could have a bigger ass, boobs, could be more confident, or have better conversation. It doesn't matter how hot a girl is, there is always something that a girl could have more of something you like. This will also help you avoid putting girls in a pedestal.

Talk to many people, find ways to add value to your interactions and make enjoying yourself be the first priority.

When it comes to the girls, tease them, be real with them and act like everything is going according to plan.
