Happy new year fellas! I wish health and successes to all!
Another year gone. More interesting than the ones before that I admit as I have expanded my social circles and removed a toxic best friend from my life. The new people in my life seem to look up to me and admire any improvements I make in life, even praising me for it.
This healthy social environment has given me the opportunity to go out more often, meet more people and put my social skills to the test as I was not accustomed to such a life, being a former recluse.
Being close to a fashion natural has made my wardrobe a lot better (on the side of preppy which I always liked but thought was unattainable), and I also cut my long hair which flatters my face and eyes.
My interactions with women seem to have become more interesting, meaningful and bold in the past months. I say things I wouldn't dream of saying in former years. And I realise that what I considered to be arrogance and lack of tact is actually being confident. Not saying I became an asshole just that I am on the pleasant, flirty side of that thin line.
Despite all that I remain unsatisfied when it comes to women. Sure I get a kick out of my interactions and can actually flirt but I get no real results. I am a much cooler and non clueless version of the kissless virgin I was a year ago.
But I still am a kissless virgin at 21. And despite all I've done I feel unfulfilled...
These past few days bitterness has kind of kicked in and I am coming to terms with the fact that I may not be able to get a relationship on my terms anytime soon with the way most women are at my age group. Not wanting to remain stagnant however has made me want to seek more casual sexual relationships without considering the possibility of a relationship.
I have bumped into the following limiting beliefs however:
-No previous experience makes me think I can't.
-Don't feel like I "have it in me"
-Despite all my efforts and pleasantness the first impression someone gets is of a super serious person.
-According to friends this also translates to perceived status and trustworthyness.
-Looking older some say up to 30s, during opening women 18 to 25 may refer to me as "sir", " mr" or use 2nd plural of politeness.
-Belief that first time is better in a relationship (less judgement etc etc)
Thank you all in advance for your help!!!
there doesn't seem to be anything here
