Welcome to shit testing 101. She does not want you to throttle your sexuality. She does want to test your "ability to play the game / hang in her league" by seeing if you will change on her whim.

So either: say ok and continue being sexual, or (better): agree and amplify, or (better) pressure flip.

Don't play the busy man part, in my personal experience it doesn't pay good. Also, if you're actually into her as you wrote, you'll find that difficult, cause you want to spend most time available with her.

IMO, you should just express her your feelings, don't exaggerate with "I love you" or sweet words. Just "I'm happy I get to stay with you" or something along that line. GL
