Say you don't have one. They most likely just want to research you and get a better feel for the type of person you are, they may find your accounts regardless so making then very private and saying you never use the account is a good excuse too.

Ya go ahead and add them. Social media makes text game so much easier. Think of it as indirectly showing everyone how dope your life is without directly having to message each one.

just be straight forward and tell them you don't do the social media stuff, no big deal. if there is attraction between the two of you then they'll be more than happy to give out their number
