So I just got stood up. No worries though, because I came prepared and it actually turned out for the better.

Rule 1: always have something to do. Never wait for the sake of waiting. I was supposed to meet him at a mall. While waiting for him, I went to the Microsoft store to fix my computer, went to Barnes and Nobles to read a book, and got a manicure and a pedicure. I am now getting dinner and plan to make conversation with someone new. I made the most of my time. Never would I stand around blankly and wait without a purpose.

Rule 2: cut off completely. Forget about them. Move on. They are not worth your time. Only suckers go for a second chance.

These are my suggestions on how to deal with being stood up. Make the most out of the situation, learn, and be resilient.
