So there was this girl with who I share a lot of time almost every workday. After a couple of time together I started to develop some attraction to her and one day I told her I'd like to go out with her. She acted surprised and say something I didn't understood, it was like: "oh, now you want to go out with me?" Also asked me why I wanted to get out with her now (she lost weight and got better clothes) I felt like she's taking revenge with me for something.

After that, I shrugged it off and since then I only talk with her for work related things. We used to chat a lot, not anymore, it was me who got apart.

The weird thing is that now she sees me talking and having fun with other, better looking girls, and now I feel like she's a bit upset and try to get close to me, but now I ignore all her advances. One day we were on a karaoke party and I was singing, she went to hug me and I acted like nothing, very cold actually.

In summary, why is that now that I give her the cold shoulder and she sees me with better girls, now I feel she's trying to get me back? I think that, on first place, she was trying to make me fight for her and how she figured that I won't follow her game and moved on, now she's the one chasing. Is my conclusion correct?
