It is a little early for morning sickness. Don't panic until her period is late. Even then, don't panic. I had a gf who didn't use birth control (she was catholic so she preferred coitus interruptus). Once her period was late, we were both freaking out. But her period finally started 2 weeks late, which was a great relief to both of us. Biologically that's really weird to have just one 1.5x length menstrual cycle. Still, these things are known to happen.

Anyway, as an M16 you are young and this is your first time, so it may feel like the risky aspects are overwhelming. But you took appropriate precautions with the condom. So things will probably be OK.

But this is a good time to pause and consider this issue. You can't really negotiate a woman's response to an unplanned pregnancy up front, while you are in the middle of arousing and seducing her. But you do need to take responsibility for your own actions, just as she must be responsible for hers. Many guys think birth control is the woman's problem, but I assure you that if your bc is ineffective, it will be your problem too.

So look at your actions and possible consequences, and take a look at your possible responses. Is she really pregnant? She can get a test kit and find out, but it's even a bit early for that. If she is, does she want to keep the baby or is abortion a possible solution? Hope you have a few hundred bucks spare for medical costs. If not, I hope you have a few hundred thousand bucks spare for the next 21 years. So do you want to lessen your chances of being in this situation again? Well maybe it's just her, she's young too and maybe never faced a pregnancy risk before. But obviously you have to take more control of the birth control, just as she does. It really is a mutual responsibility, and I think women really want their men to work with them on bc because it is safer and more effective, it might even make her feel more intimate if you help her reduce her risks. And women want options like the morning after pill.

But ultimately this is a more appropriate topic for /r/sex.

The deed has been done. The girl is sick. There is nothing you can do. Seriously, you can't go back in time. Hormonal changes as many have mention happen. That or food poisoning. Until you have a definitive answer, don't panic. Just focus on something else, or if you're too worried, go and hang out with this girl at a pool hall or watch a movie. At least you'll have a closer relationship if she is pregnant. If not, you have a new fuck buddy.

Edit: My apologies if this was read or came off rude. My point is that op focuses on things he can control. There's nothing he can do about the pregnancy, nor can he undo the sex. He can only go forward and control the future narrative be it a better relationship with the possible mother or taking stronger precautions in sex education. Having something he can get his mind on and doing something positive is a good alternative to worrying about a variable he has no control over.
