So last night I went out with some friends to a bar.

I go up to the bartender and ask whats the best drink. She tells me what the best drink is and then I can't remember well but she said something along the lines of "Oh you are cute." I was completely caught off guard. I said really? I don't usually get that. She said "Oh come on, don't act like you know you are not cute. You get that a lot". I said aw thanks, and I take my drink back to my table.

I get to the table, tell the story to my friends at the table and they all said " dude you have to go get her number, go back and talk to her". So I go back, but the thing was she was very busy. So It is my turn now in line and I noticed she is smiling a lot more, flipping her hair, etc. I asked her if she's dating anyone cause I think she is cute. She said no, but she usually doesn't date customers because if they were to go out with her and if it they break up, then she wouldn't want the customer to keep coming back it would get awkward. I told her well I am not like that, I don't even come to this bar, it is my 2nd time only in 3 years. She said happily, I might make an except for you, but not now. I am really busy. Come back later.

So I go back to my table, and I think an hour later we decide to leave. So at this point my entire table knows ( a table full of guys and girls) and they all just told me to write my number down on a piece of paper with my name and give it to her. So I do that, and as we are packing up, one of the waiters come over to me and smies and asks if I am going to get her number. I said yeah. He then fist pumps me. So cool ok. So I go up to her and damn she is really busy. But I give her my number and say I will see you around.

So it is the next day and I didn't get a text, but tbh even if I don't get a text holy shit I feel so confident knowing a really hot ass girl thought I was cute. I am a really attractive guy- I've been told by friends that are girls, and they all say that I should be able to get a girl easily. I also notice women looking at me a lot but I am a big pussy when it comes to approaching them. It is a great confidence boost, and hopefully I will build from this and talk to more women. But: Why would she say I am cute and then not accept my number? Why she playing with meee :(
