Absolutely not. You think a girl would be like "Oh he's ugly, I won't look at him. Sex with him though?? Hell yeah!" no. She doesn't think you're ugly, she just sucks at eye contact. Eye contact ISN'T COMFORTABLE, it can be after some time, I'm very comfortable with eye contact but some people just can't hold it and need to look away. She's just shy it seems.

Down is very good, it means she is emotionally felling something and is seen as a submissive signal.
Away otherwise generally not good but there is always a chance that away sideways is an auditory visualization. and away up is a common visual one.
