Oh god. This is a cardinal rule of seduction. If you get yourself alone with a girl you have to attempt to sleep with her or at least attempt to kiss her.

Hanging out with a girl one on one and not making a move is essentially putting you in the "gay zone" in her mind. Any girl willing to spend one on one time alone in her room is a girl who's at least kind of open to the idea of you two fucking. Girls don't put themselves in that kind of position without knowing what might happen. Now that's not reason to jump all over someone as soon as you walk in the room, or god forbid assault them, but at least you attempting to initiate something is going to let her know where you stand when it comes to your sexuality and whether or not you find her attractive. So pretty much you "gay zoned" yourself or put yourself in the category of "nice enough guy, but no idea what he's doing in bed"

So how do you unfuck this situation? There's pretty much no way to do it without either being a jerk, or digging yourself a deeper hole. If you dig yourself a deeper hole and double down on how much you like her, she'll probably just continue stringing you along. However if you go the jerk route and destroy this nice guy image she has of you, there's a chance she might be willing to pursue something.

How I'd go about it. Ignore her. Stop giving her attention, it's like currency for women. Giving her attention when you're not getting anything back is like paying someone in the hopes that maybe one day they'll work for you. She can't text back? Neither can you. She snaps you? Open and ignore it. Be too busy for her. Post some selfies on your story with some other girls. When you see her at the party, act as if you barely know her and spend your time talking to other girls. Leave the party early and pretend you have somewhere else to be, but be sure to say goodbye to her in passing when you walk out. At this point you'll go from "open nice guy I can string along" to somewhat closed off and a tad more mysterious. Text her a couple days after the party saying it was good to see her and that you're sorry you had to leave in a rush but something came up. At this point she'll probably text you back. She doesnt? Cut her from your life and stop wasting your time. She does? Tell her about how you've been super busy but wanna catch up sometime.

Also from what you're saying it doesn't seem like she's looking for anything too serious. Sounds like she's just looking for someone to have fun with and mess around with. So cool it with the romantic "I like you" stuff. That's only going to turn her off more to the idea of you since that's not what she's looking for at this time.

Hope this works for you. But again 2 big rules. Don't end up alone in a room with a girl and not try something. Don't give girls attention who haven't earned it.
